“Heritage, simply put, is a celebration of New York and all things local,” reads the restaurant’s website. Boasting local and organic options with each and every menu item, Heritage thrives on fresh, in-season health foods.
Though Heritage is still a relatively new establishment, it has received its fair share of recognition. Hudson Valley Magazine named it “Best American Restaurant” and “Best Happy Hour,” offering specials seven days a week.
On the menu, you’ll find an even mixture of healthy options like salads and grain bowls as well as soul food-style delights like short ribs and fried chicken and biscuits. Needless to say, Heritage can satisfy the tastes of even the pickiest eaters.
Also popular are Heritage's huge array of flavored specialty cocktails and local draft beer and cider.
Heritage is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. For more information, visit the website.
